And I build products.
I have 15+ years of experience in the tech space. My primary areas of expertise are product management and product operations, specializing in B2B SaaS and eCommerce. I operate with a player-coach mentality, having many years of experience transforming vision into quantifiable results, being keenly involved in the details, and mentoring more junior product managers. My product philosophy is rooted in data-driven decision-making, user-centered design, user empathy, and team mentorship. I enjoy writing about product operations and how having the correct systems in place is a key driver of team and organizational success.
Outside of my professional pursuits, I am a Philly transplant who was born and raised in Georgia. I'm also a helicopter pet parent to a littl orange tabby named Cantalopue and the cuddliest pittie named Millie. I'm an Atlanta Hawks and Georgia Bulldogs lifer, for better or worse. I also serve as the Co-Director of Code for Philly, an all-volunteer civic tech organization focusing on building the things we need to make our community better.
